He was born into the Grey Streaked Ends/Nihobaanii and born for Waters Edge/Tabaahi.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents Mary Ann Martin and Bill Martin Sr. and his brother Wilfred Martin.
He is survived by Stacey Martin-Kuo and Amber Martin. Funeral Services will be held at Rehoboth Christian Reformed Church on Jan. 11 at 10 am. Memorials and flowers can be sent to Cope Memorial.
