He was born in Gallup on Dec. 31, 1945.
He was preceded in death by his father Reginaldo F. Gallegos and his mother Maggie A. Gallegos. He is survived by his siblings Maria Guillen, Linda Mulligan, Fred Gallegos, Jr., Louis Gallegos, and Beatrice Gallegos; his children Sharee, Andrea, Esther, Sierra, Brett, Brad, and Brayden; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Gallup on July 11. A rosary is scheduled for 9:30 am, with a mass to follow at 10 am. A reception after the service will be held at St. John Vianney Hall.
