He was born in Gallup on May 5, 1963.
Lee was preceded in death by his mother Betty Garcia and his brother Gary Garcia. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Garcia; his father Gumersindo Garcia; his brother David Garcia; his sons Lee Garcia Jr. and Neal Garcia; his daughter Brittney Moreno; and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Cathedral on July 6 at 10 am.
