Toby was born in Gallup on Dec. 31, 1945.
He was preceded in death by his father Reginaldo F. Gallegos and his mother Maggie A. Gallegos. He is survived by his siblings Maria Guillen, Erloinda Mulligan, Fred Gallegos, Jr., Louis Gallegos, and Beatrice Gallegos; his children Sharee, Andrea, Esther, Sierra, Brett, Brad, and Brayden; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Gallup on July 11 at 11 am. A rosary and mass will be followed by a reception at St. John Vianney Hall.
