The Gallup Housing Authority is seeking a dependable, organized, and data-focused Maintenance Administrative Assistant to support our Maintenance and Capital Projects Department. This position plays an important role in maintaining housing units for our residents by assisting the Maintenance Manager in coordinating office operations, managing work orders, and supporting Maintenance Techs.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced work environment. If you are detail-oriented, data-driven, and take pride in keeping things organized, we encourage you to apply.
Required Qualifications:
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of standard office procedures and administrative practices

• Valid New Mexico driver’s license
