Staff Reports
The City of Gallup announced Aug. 6 that they have established a portal for residents to report damage to their homes from the July flooding.
To report damage, go to the City of Gallup website. On the main page click on the “REPORT A CONCERN” icon and then click on “GALLUP CONNECT NEW REQUEST.”
At the bottom of the list click on “FLOOD DAMAGE ASSESMENT – JULY 2026 FLOODING.”
Residents will enter their address, name, and phone number. If a resident would like to attach photos, they can do so. This information will not be visible to the public.
Once entered, the information will be routed to the Gallup Fire Chief and he will contact residents to conduct a Preliminary Damage Assessment.
Any questions or concerns? Call Fire Chief Jon C. Pairett at (505) 619-2376.
