Roxanna Becenti, of Gallup, died on May 22. She was 53.
She was born in Fort Defiance, Ariz., on Aug. 31, 1972. She was born into the People Weaver Clan (T’logi), born for Towering House Clan (Kiyanni).
Roxanna was preceded in death by her mother Lucy Becenti; and her brothers Eric and Deharon Becenti. She is survived by her father, sister, and two children.
A funeral service was held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tohatchi on May 30.
