She was born at the Fort Defiance Indian Hospital on Nov. 5, 1956. She was born into the One who Walks Around clan, born for Water Edge People clan.
Deborah was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Francisco; her father Joseph Chischilly, Sr.; her mother, Lillian N. Chischilly; her brother Joseph Chischilly, Jr.; and her sisters Linda Thomas, Wanda Begay, and Patricia Nakai.
She is survived by her sons, Marvin Francisco, Jr. and Michael Francisco.
Funeral services were held at Good Shepherd Mission Church in Fort Defiance on Nov. 15.
