He was born in Mexicali, which is the capital city of the Mexican state of Baja California, on Dec. 4, 1951.
Pedro was preceded in death by his father Nicolas Beltran; his mother Amparo Beltran; his brother Joel Beltran; and his sister Armida Sepulveda.
He is survived by his wife Rita Beltran; his sons Pete G. Beltran and Nicolas G. Beltran; his daughters Marie Elena Rivea and Angela M. Plummer; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church on Sept. 9. The viewing will take place at 9 am, followed by the rosary at 9:30 am, the mass at 10 am, and then the burial at 11:30 am.
