Onesimo (Rudy) Garcia, of Gallup, died on June 18. He was 90.
He was born in Fort Stockton, Texas on Feb. 15, 1935.
Rudy was preceded in death by his father Chone Garcia; his mother Pilar Garcia; his wife Priscilla Garcia; and his son Rudy Garcia. He is survived by his daughters Carmen Garcia, Carla Lara, and Elena Garcia; his granddaughters Amanda Sandoval and Reagan Lara, Twyla Garcia, and Meiah Ortiz; his grandsons Carson Lara, Dillon Garcia, his great-grandchildren Roman Sandoval, Stephen Sandoval Jr, Diego Lucero, Amara Garcia-Hamilton, Khalil Garcia, and Xander Lara; and his great-great-grandchild Isabelle Sandoval.
Funeral services were held at St. Francis Church on June 26.
