A person died on Jan. 2 after being struck by a moving train.
According to a Gallup Police Department press release, around 5 pm officers responded to a call athe intersection of Second Street and Highway 66. A person was pronounced dead at the scene after they’d allegedly been run over by a train, although no information about the person’s identity was available at press time.
