Sombra is a beautiful 6-month-old female pup with a vibrant personality and a unique coat you won’t want to miss. She’s playful, happy, and absolutely loves human interaction—she’ll even sneak in kisses when you’re not looking! While she still needs a little leash training, she shines when she’s around other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine companions.
Sombra is not cat-friendly, but her loving nature and cuddly demeanor make her a wonderful fit for a dog-loving family or individual. She came to the McKinley County Humane Society as part of a litter of five and has shown the shelter staff how deeply she craves companionship.
Sombra is currently on the McKinley County Humane Society’s euthanasia list due to space constraints. She truly deserves a second chance and has so much love to give. To help her find a home, sponsorships have been offered to cover her adoption fee for the right match.
Anyone interested in Sombra can visit her at the McKinley County Humane Society at 1273 Balok St. in Gallup. They are open Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm.
