WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. — Members of the Resources and Development Committee received a $1 million dividend check from Navajo Agricultural Products Industry upper management on behalf of the Navajo Nation Oct. 5.
“We’d like to thank NAPI’s upper management, including Chief Executive Officer Dave Zeller and Chief Financial Officer Brandi Horner, as well as the members of the NAPI Board of Directors, for presenting this dividend check to the Nation,” RDC Chairwoman Brenda Jesus said.“We sincerely appreciate this contribution, and these dividends will go back into the operations of the Navajo Nation government.”
The check was presented during a regular meeting of the RDC. RDC members and Council Delegates Rickie Nez, Shawna Ann Claw, Brenda Jesus and Danny Simpson were in attendance for the presentation.
