Gallup Police are warning the public about A.I. media pages promoting false information on social media.
Following a recent meeting with the City of Gallup directors, the Gallup Police have become aware that some community members are engaging with A.I.-generated media Facebook pages, such as Prism McKinley New Mexico. These media pages are disseminating inaccurate or misleading information.
The Gallup Police (and the Gallup Sun) strongly advise utiilizing verified sources and/or official government channels to obtain the most dependable information.
