Linnea worked hard this past week in the Mustangs’ three games. She had the most hits in the three games. She had several blocks in each game, the most in the Sept. 11 game against Quemado. She cares about making improvements to her game at every practice and game. She works hard in practice to improve her serves and hits. She is a good teammate to everyone on the team and never puts anyone down.

Naythan Cleveland is a freshman varsity athlete at Thoreau High School. He has improved his personal best performance from last year by over three minutes. He is regularly in the top 10 of all freshmen at the varsity races Thoreau’s cross country team attends, and he brings dedication and fashionable sunglasses to every practice and competition.

Destiny guided the Lady Cougars to an impressive 3-1 win against Rehoboth Christian School on Sept. 16. She delivered an outstanding performance, contributing 11 kills and a total of 13 points from the serving line. Her vocal leadership and vibrant energy greatly uplifted the team’s spirit and performance on the court.

Natalie worked hard in the Aztec tournament and was a key player in the wins. She is an overall great team player and gives her best during practice and games.
