For this week, Crownpoint High is highlighting the wonderful performances of McKenzie Tsosie at the April 7 Farmington High School Track & Field meet. Mckenzie delivered an exceptional performance by hitting a PR in the Javelin and almost qualifying for the NMAA state meet with a throw of 132-2. Mckenzie also placed well in the open 200-meter race and the open 400-meter race.

Amana is proof of what hard work looks like. She has pushed through obstacles in such a short time to become the dancer she is. Never giving up, always with a positive attitude and forever hyping up her team.

This is Elijah’s first time competing in athletics. He has shown great effort in track and field and has quickly improved his long jump. As part of a relay team, Elijah runs hard to help Tse’ Yi’ Gai High consistently place in the top three for 1A teams. He is both a great student and a great student athlete.
