In a July 22 press release, the City of Gallup announced that the potable water loading station at Hassler Valley Road will be shut down from July 22 through July 27. It will reopen July 27 at 10 am.
The city stated that the shutdown is due to recent main waterline breaks, re-engerizing and rebuiilding pressure within the water system.
