UPDATE: Amaya has been located.
Gallup Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 17-year-old Diné girl.
Amaya Baysinger is 5′ 9″ and weighs about 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair with pink highlights.
Amaya Baysinger was last seen on April 12 around 11 pm at her residence located in Gallup. She was last seen wearing black cargo sweatpants, a black hooded jacket with lettering “California” written on it and black and white sneakers. Amaya has scars on her left and right arms. Amaya could possibly be with friends; it is unknown where the friends are at this time.
