He is almost six months old, and weighs 35 pounds.
He has been in foster care since he was found at the Family Dollar in Thoreau. His foster parent has updated all his shots and had him fixed. She was kind enough to work with him to keep him out of the shelter so he doesn’t get stressed there.
Cash has a lot of energy and loves to play. He enjoys going on walks and is leash trained. He still needs work on house training, but he is a growing sweetheart who would do great with someone who enjoys having a dog companion, has experience training dogs, or is an active family. Cash is ready to find his new home and his forever family.
Anyone interested in Chico can visit him at the McKinley County Humane Society at 1273 Balok St. in Gallup. They are open Monday-Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, with animal viewing hours from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm; and Saturdays from 9 am – 3 pm, with viewing hours from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm.
